My shipping address is wrong. What should I do?
If you shipped your order to the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If your order is still being processed, we can change it. If it has already shipped, we can no longer make any changes but can send you a new package to your new address.
My order says it has shipped, but my tracking number has not been updated. When can I expect an update?
Most of our packages are shipped with USPS and they are not always consistent when scanning packages during transit. Why do I need to take so much Defense?

If I am allergic to mushrooms, can I take Apán?
We have seen about half of the people allergic to mushrooms can still take the Apán supplements without any issue. The other half do have issues. We recommend you start very slowly, like 5 drops of the liquid in water or one capsule, and then see how your body responds. After 4 hours you can take another 5 drops or capsule. If there are no issues, then slowly increase your dosage over the next few days, weeks, or months depending on how you feel. Since everyone is different, you want to listen to your body and go with what feels best for you.
What is the recommended way of taking Apán?
There are two ways the Apán is available. The liquid extracts and the powdered Defense capsules.
